Now, I know on Monday and Tuesday these guys were off while the rest of the country was back at work, but ...come on! Deliver the ing on time at least. This wait is driving me nuts!

Is that info from Purolator or from the shipper? And if it's from the shipper, do you have a tracking number?
Was it an international order? Maybe it's being held up at customs or something... |

Well the next business day the was on the shippers site
Near the bottom of the page it says that it's next business day delivery to all major Canadian cities and the surrounding area. As far as I know, Toronto is still a major city.
And it's not international, even though it is coming from BC. Still...it's "in transit" since 3pm Friday. I would understand if the package left today morning... |

Then it depends if it actually went out on Friday or not. It's possible that maybe they went on vacation early and the truck never left - in which case, it would have gone out this morning and should come tomorrow.
I'd give it until noon tomorrow, then call them to bitch. |

Purolator deliveries were suspended from thurday at 1:00pm to tuesday
I know this because i had a very nasty conversation with someone in the customer care department when my computer was late... ended up begin almost 6 days late |

wtf!! Why were they suspended?? And till which Tuesday? Cause if it's till next tuesday then they can give me my money back and I'll just try my luck again with the stores in Toronto.
Ugh!! This would never happend if they weren't unionized!! |

Haha that is a good idea. The deal I got from ebay was international shipping included in the price, so I didn't pay it. I'm just mad I've had to wait for almost three times the quoted time. |

| Shipping companies blow. Never do business with UPS or DHL. FedEX is the only one that i've had luck with. Ordered some records 2 months ago and they're still not here :( I gave up on them a long time ago |
