How is it most of time? Are these parties good or bad? What sort of trance does John Askew play? Can I buy a ticket just before getting in?
JMF [TrAcId]
I have only been once but it is excellent!! it opens quite late (about 10:30-11:00) and stays open until 7:00am :D and you can pay on the door, if you're coming from germany maybe you'd prefer to phone them up and get a name on the door so you definately get in,

and Askew plays Hardish Trance and Techno (but not like Scot Project and Kai Tracid style)

the club feels like a basement and was rammed to when i was last there.. nonethess some banging tunes and still worth the visit

Fresh Prince
I've only been once to see Armin, and it was awesome, packed, but great stuff. It is in the basement, maybe that's why the 'feel'

was that back in July ?

Its a quality club with quality lineups most of the time.

Askew plays great trance and tecnho and is a lil different from other dj's in the tunes he plays... well worth seeing.

The club is smallish, it DOES get rammed, it does get hot and it is dark... but ive usually always enjoyed myself there bar a couple of times.

Its well worth attending.

Have you been to The Cross in london for a Serious night? now that is a hot club, but you need to go in the summer for the full effect!

imo ... gallery is the worst of the london "big 3". Miles behind Fabric and The End. Most of the Gurnmills line-ups are cheesy trance.

if u dont like trance then i can fully understand you not being into the gallery too much, but no-one in their right mind can say its mostly 'cheesy trance' that gets played in there

i do like trance ... just not Cheesemill's line-ups. The kind of trance i like is harder, like pvd @ vandit (the REAL vandit in berlin, not that ecrasher night he does here).
