You're not ordering FROM gemm, you're ordering THROUGH gemm. Gemm.com is a marketplace where sellers from all over the world put up their catalogues. Gemm just offers to do the transactions between seller and buyer. |

Well if you just pick the sellers who have good feedback you should be fine, especially if they have the Gemm Guarantee. |
