Anyone here have a M-Audio Keystation 49e? I'm having some problems getting it to register on FLStudio, Cubase, and Reason, and I'm not really sure how to fix this. It's USB-connected, and I did get it to work once in FL but only once. I'm new to MIDI in general, so I'm sorta stuck :/ Help's appreciated. It turns on just fine, but it doesn't seem to be noticed by any progs I use. |

i've got the same problem, could it possibly have something to do with the cracked version of cubase? |

In Reason:
-Make sure your keyboard's switched on (might be obvious but hey)
-Go to Preferences or Options or whatever its called (dunno if its different on PC version)
-Go to the MIDI preferences
-There should be a drop down box that is set to "No MIDI input", click on it and it should say 'Keystation 49e' as another option on the list, select that.
That should work... I just hope the options are all the same on the PC version cos I'm on a Mac.
And sorry I cant' really help you with the other programs, but I'm guessing they'll have something similar, some kind of MIDI options where you can select the input. |
