Last year, it wasn't worth the price IMO. In years past, it was. I guess you are bound to have an 'off' year. So I'm sure the effort to make it better this time around will be made :)
As for getting access to the main stage, no. They let you walk around in the back area of the main stage, but not let you go on the main stage itself (or standing on the stage on the side). You need special passes for that, and only select people get those, mainly the promoters, their friends, etc. However, they may let you this time around. It's just a matter of waiting and seeing. But going by last year, no.

| ya i would have to agree i had it last yr and thank god i didnt have to pay for it.. because it wasnt worth it. The "vip" areas were a bore and what really sucked is that alot of my friends that went couldnt afford to get it so they couldnt come with me.. so i said f*ck ViP i want to be with my friends. The only thing worth it was being able to have better access to liquor and thats if you drink.. i didnt drink alot due to the heat and sun so better access to redbull and water. But this yr it sounds like with VIP there are alot more incentives such as the After party access and t-shirt and such. |

| Is there any way to avoid paying the $30 service fee for the VIP. That just seems like wasted money that could be better spent on alcohol. |
