Hi guys,
I was just keying some of my records and I found that my copy of Empire State - Niagra (LOST 039) with the 'Original' and 'Espen and Elusive' mixes has a problem.
It seems as though my copy of the Espen and Elusive mix was pressed off center so the needle wavers back and forth as it's playing affecting the key quite substantially.
This seems to me like it was a mistake in pressing so I'm making this thread for two reasons:
1. Just wondering if anyone else has had/noticed this problem?
2. Warning others out there about it so they think twice about purchasing it.
I should point out that the one side seems to play fine so it looks as though the center hole was made properly for the one side, but the two sides weren't lined up properly with each other so the second side is out of alignment and sounds weird.
