Dress Codes

Hey everybody, Happy New Years and hope everybody had fun (even the ppl at Ikon last night:nervous: Well, the bright side is that you were all alive, got to hangout with great people, TA's and non-TA friends, heard some great tunes, and left alive and unscathed; I hope:D ).
Anyhow, I was just wandering if anyone would be willing to make a list of the dress codes of the major clubs open at the moment (Avalon, Crobar, Spirit, etc); or the usual dress code for each major club,in any case (Made Events are still dress-as-you-please, right?). It would be great if the list would be a permanent thread and be something everyone (from newbies to regulars) could refer to for any upcoming events. Its just more conveninet to know what clubs/events you can still wear UFO's and/or sneakers, or whatever, imo, cause it's just so freaking annoying having to go back home and change: particularly one part of your wardrobe, and especially if you live far enough from all of the clubs. Just a thought.
Thanks, and I hope to see you all in future parties (considering Deep Dish, Sasha, and/or NU-NRG at Crobar and Spirit, respectively). |

| Cool. Hmm, I thought Ikon was going to enforce some sort of dress code (they did last time I attended; of course, they were still Exit). Hmm, anyhow, thanks Vlad! |

| crobar's kinda weird. i've seen them turn away people at door with t-shirts and things, and telling them to come back with collared shirts. but you always see people with tees inside. if you had a jacket covering your shirt, you'll probably get in ok |

| Yea, Avalon was also weird during Infected Mushroom. The way I understood the dress code it meant no UFO's but, inside, there were alot of people with thm. Its not like I have to wear UFO's and t-shirts, but I prefer it whenever I can; especially t-shirts. After all, it gets hot inside of these places, especially when packed or after alot of dancing. Thanks for the heads-up:) |
