| Out on the local scene forums, where people pick which area/city to post under you, may want to include Providence, RI along with New York City. Providence is known for its party scene. |

| i believe in order for a new state to receive its own section on TA, there must be a poll of 30+ active members posting...anything less would result in the section being closed or not being open. Now keep in mind, registering 30 nick names and all posting in the poll to try and win your sections approval would only prove to be futile as swamp3r the w3bmonstah will pwn u. =) Welcome to TA and enjoy the surplus of information along with one of the greatest communities here. |

LOL, that would be amusing if someone tried that.
Trying to do that would prove futile just because I have dial-up, it would take too long to switch between names. Or windoz would crash because of some error caused by poor programing by microsoft. |

its just a headache. I'm sure alot of states/cities would like their own nesting grounds with proper rep, just that there are thousands of proper cities to be listed, it wouldn't fit well in the regional section of TA. A more robust, general category will help bring local communities together. Encourage us to unite in cities and prove to be a good feeding ground for inspired artist and local party providers with a medium of advertisement. TA is great...this community here in NYTA is great, not to mention all of the other regions TA houses. |
