| Never thought about this, I have to remember next time it happens. On a simliar topic I asked my friends a while ago about where they look when they talk to a person and I found it surprising that so many did NOT look into peoples eyes, but rather on their mouth or somewhere else. I find that weird, because if I don't eye contact at least sometime during a conversation I feel like they ain't listening to me. (Unless it's someone I know well) |

| I look into both eyes - I don't even think about which eye. Mainly, in the context of which you are speaking of, I'm not so much peering into the eyes as I am the soul. ;) |

No..I WISH!!!
2004 TE is when Johan closed with BREATHING (Breaks dub) I was fortunate enough to have been able to listen to it online live as it happened.

I sometimes have a hard time focusing on the eyes. :rolleyes:

It depends. If they have an off kilter eye its the good one. If the head is turned i stare at the closer one, or youre trying to stare at their eye over their nose. If its face to face with a man, its gay so ill meet the eye (usually their right) and then look away then look back a lot to keep it up.
with face to face women, if I dont like them romantically i tend to keep my head at 35 degree angle so im not passionatly gazing into their eyes and usually it ends up being their right again.
in business or school with profesors, students, co-workers, or bosses I do face to face and stare again into their right eye. When you do the staring contest face they always back down and I tend to be the guy that you look away from.
have you noticed how a lot of people dont focus on an eye their eyes just switch rapidly back and forth between yours? Its so annoying! I always tell people pick an eye! they never seem to realize they are doing it though :\ |

I agree with you. I have a female friend who I go out to dinner with often. When she talks to me, she looks at me, but her eyes are always moving. It's like she is looking at each square inch of my face/head area every second.
As for me, I look at her eyes while she's talking for a little bit, then I look somewhere else, then back at her eyes. Like somebody else said, I don't stare at her, but I do maintain the eye contact. |
