| i smoked for the last 2 years, but decided to quit after NYE. so far, so good. i haven't really had any bad cravings... then again i haven't gone out drinking yet. my weakness is when i'm out for a long drive (because they keep me awake and alert, especially when driving home late at night) or out drinking. |

i open the window slightly, put the air on cold and turn the music up when that happens. also take a 10 minute break cos walking around can really perk you up a bit for half an hour or 45 mins more driving which is what you need. |

yeah, i find the cold air really helps. i'm just so used to driving to or from chicago with a Red Bull and a pack of smokes, it's almost a tradition... gonna be hard to break.
btw, anyone have any info on whether herbal cigarettes (that contain no tobacco/nicotine/chemicals) are safer for you? it's not so much the nicotine that i crave, just the act of smoking. |
