about 2bills...not bad i got a free pack of stogs out of it but also quit smoking so i dunno how much of a win that is for me...i even still have the pack...ok i cheated i smoked 2 but thats about it...and i only smoked 2 cuz the girl kept bringing me free drinks at the craps table... |

Sayward literally forced me to go to Sander, which has never happened before, but after an all-night NYE fiesta, it was tough to motivate myself. But as soon as we got in there, my energy was back and was glad I went. Sander came on late, at 3, but it was well worth it!! He is simply one of the best DJ's out there. I mean he plays all types of house and his music is just so much fun to dance to!! He threw in a bunch of 80's stuff and a remix of Owner of a Lonely Heart, and some remix of Cruel Summer!!! LOL! Sander rocks and his bro his hilarious. I mean you can see that Sander truly loves playing for a crowd b/c he's so animated and gets into it! He once again proved why he is the man and why I have only missed one of his NY sets in over 2 yrs.
Great to chill with Brian, Joey, Vlad, Dan, and a few others that I met. Def worth the incapacity that I feel now. |

| Def an awesome night. A great way to bring in the 2nd day of the new year. Sander is amazing. Always impresses me when I go to see him. He is def. "Mr. Consistency" when it comes to throwing down a phat set. It was great to chill with some of closest friends. The crowd was awesome and the vibe was just so much better than Ikon. Busy at work now. more to come later. ciao |

ok so Sander was supposed to suck b/c i dont like Sander, but i was in NYC and lots of great friends were going so those last 2 reasons are reason enough to go... Crobar is a in great club and way way better than Ikon the night before,.. Sander played a much better set than i had expected and it was a great pleasure to see some of the same faces i saw the night before as well as JDAT and Lisa for making it out... helluva drive for JDAT and Lisa being a trooper b/c she had been working so much (kinda though, b/c you still left way too early and didnt say goodbye :()
the vibe was so happy, the crowd was nice, the music was good, and all around a pretty in fun evening...
James, Ginger, Joey, Brian, , Vlad, JDAT, Lisa, Sal, Sayward, DirtyDave, and a few others i forget your names... sorry.. but wonderful time and if i was around i would definitely come to NYC in April for a PvD show at that club...
thanks for a great time NYC,.. my NYE weekend was in everything i had hoped for... :D |
