I couldn't stay too late, the night b4 was NYE w/Sander K. I only stayed for 40 mins.
Ed Rush & Opticial was pretty ing good ... the new sound system can hold it down proppa for Jungle / DnB. The place was rammed from wall2wall. Suprised the turn out was that crazy, it was New Year's Day ...

The only genre out there to really put a sound system to the test. Lowest and most powerful Bass, with mids and highs. Raw Hill Kru )EIB( - Mo' Fiya (Orginal Mix) is the track to test sound system out. Most sound system can't push the bass at all, other could push the bass ... but the mids and highs are killed. From what I've witnessed, the Phazon system at Guv is the best so far. The Bass was rumbling my balls & I couldn't breathe, highs were clear and mids were also clean. There was a DnB event at Boa a yr ago, didn't see many reviews. But, I'm sure that sound system can do jungle well. Viva push the bass very good, but mids & highs were killed.
A-TRAK & DJ CRAZE is coming next week ... both are DMC world Champs. |
