I almost posted this in the other thread, but since it became a pissing match and went to and I'd rather not bump it, I'll post this here.
So disappointing to see how much negativity some people feel they need to spread and focus on and just the total lack of respect. Why is it that sitting in front of a computer keyboard has to cause a lot of people to suddenly act like they are a hundred feet tall and don't need to show any common courtesy, humility, or respect to the people around them. That is truly the sign of a weak person.
Anyways on to the reason of my post..
Jezper produced many tracks that were original and totally his own sound. Tracks you could tell were definetely his and no one else's. If you like uplifting music you'd have a hard time honestly saying that Jezper didn't contribute much to it. He produced many well written and beautifully uplifting tracks over the last few years. Sometimes a bit too synth driven for some, but as they say you can never please all the people all the time :). I personally didn't like some of the tracks, but other tracks like the ones below I loved.
Top Airbase tracks I'd like to mention:
Airbase - Pandemonium:This track tore up every single dancefloor I played it to last year and had a very original sound to it. It also started threads on TA of people dying to know what it was after seeing me play it.
Airbase - Ocean Realm
Envio - Touched by the sun (Airbase mix): Wicked break and build that pulled through huge for me a few times in clubs.
Airbase - Runaway 2003
Rah - Glow (DJ Nemesis' rework): Loved the production in this track so much that I reworked a version for my sets.
Airbase - Unity of Earth: Very original tune.. well written and really uplifting, and also the first Airbase track that ever caught my attention. A classic track I never got tired of.
Avanto - The Flute (Airbase mix)
Inner State - Changes
Anyways Jezper, just wanted to post something on here to publicly pay my respects and say thanks buddy :) You trusted me enough to always sort me out with stuff that no one else was supposed to have yet, and it was well appreciated and gave me a lot of enjoyable moments in my sets as well as for the people I played them for. I can truthfully say I never got a weak reaction from playing a track of yours ever.

Damn dudes, camon chill. The guys is not dying, nor is he quitting music. He's taking a break from trance to do other musical things, because believe it or not trance IS on the all time low. I'm sure we're all going to be notified once he releases a new project.. even if its not trance. So yeah... good luck to the man and hope to hear new stuff soon.

Yes trance is at an all time low, that's why I just went on a downloading spree and got over 200 (3 gigs) of trance from the last few months in the last 24 hours :p |
