another great work from Klangzentrum. omG i know this seashore sound !!! :)
nothing that really "suprises" me in this track, as i had already heard most of the sounds in some samples you sent me (lagoon pWns! :D)
overall you have a minimalistic but clean and solid mix, and some nice chilly sounds which merge in a repetitive downtempo chilled atmosphere that i really appreciate.

- Very nice intro, the sea, "birds", liked it a lot.
- The kick and percs are good, loved the percs.
- Nice clap.
- Nice sounds in the background...liked that lead sound around 3:10-3:40.
- Good fx in the background in the break.
- I like what you did with the clap at 5:34-5:36.
- Didn't like that outro with the clap and snare.
Well everything's sounds very good, really nice work on this one :) |

This is rather splendid piece of work! I like alot, very much the smooth, laid back style i'm into nowadays.
Don't have really anything to complain about as to my ears all the elements work so damn well together.

I downloaded your final version, and I must say that this is very well done! Beautiful sounds of the sea make place for good percussion, whereafter good melody + bass follows. Nice! The percussion keeps growing and the break reminds me soooo much of summer 2002, in a way!:toocool:

cool little intro. the seagulls is a little cliche, but it works. great kick/bass combo. the congas sound a little dry, but they arent bad. really cool breakbeat, fits the mood very well.
all in all a very solid tune. hard to listen to the full 10 minutes when i'm tryin to do 1000 other things, but i'm gonna put this on when i go to sleep tonight ;) |
