I ordered $7500 worth of equipment from them before christmas and I cant get in touch with them about my order, or at least they arent replying to emails sent to them.
I placed my order through Daniel (DJ Tranz) and i have no issues with DJ mart, im not making a complaint, im just wondering if anyone knows if they are on holidays or wat is going on with them?
Does anyone know if Daniel is still alive? :conf:
I REALLY want my stuff asap as u can imagine so any news on DJ Mart/DJ Tranz would be great :)

Same thing for me ... ordered a new pair of Sony mdr v700 2 weeks ago from Dj Mart . Did'nt receive yet and no e-mail reply :rolleyes:
I hope it's due to the holidays break . |

| It is most likely because of the holiday break, djmart is very reliable, and I don't think it's anything to be concerned about. Give them a couple of days before getting too worried. |

I just got a mail from Daniel ... telling me an unexpecting shipping problem with the Sony Distributor on the East Coast of USA ... I should have my order within 3 to 4 days from now. :(
I hope it's something similar for you , or duties delays |

i ordered 5K worth of equipment from them a few weeks ago as well... it's slowly been making its way to my apartment... i guess because of the holidays everyone is backed up. shouldn't be anything to worry about mate.

| yea don't worry you'll get your gear...seems like for the more expensive items on their site, they don't stock them but either they order them as they get customer orders or they have the gear drop shipped to you, either way you'll get it. |

I suppose if you were really worried about it you could give them a ring on their 800 number. I remember when I ordered from them their e-mail system was acting up so they didn't recieve some of my e-mails. Also, is the equipment shipping from the states to Australia?? If so that might be part of the delay. |
