| Does anybody know how to shut off the dinging that AIM makes when recieving a message whenever playing a song on Winamp? I never used to have this problem but ever since I installed XP I'm having this problem and it's annoying. I don't want to get rid of the dinging just stop it from interupting my songs! |

Its in the options of AIM somewhere...
or alternatively you maybe able 2 turn it off by:
Start...Settings...Control Panel... Sounds & Audio Devices...Sounds...
and under the "program events" bit... |

Ok, I know about the one on AIM and with that one u can only turn it off or change it. And on the "program events" it wasn't listed. I want to keep the sound so I can hear people IMing me when I'm not around but I hate hearing it when I'm listening to music! :mad: |
