WMC is slowlying rolling around and there are a lot of important questions being asked by partiers. Let's get a collection of frequently asked questions and answers going so I can make a sticky post.
My first...
Q: Other than Ultra 7, any other parties open to under 21 partiers?
A: There may be a few exceptions but most parties in Miami during the Winter Music Conference will be 21+ only. |

Q: Do I have to sign up for the actual "conference" to attend the parties?
A: The conference itself is more industry people talking, and trying to advertise... I think they have some workshops and seminars and stuff too, but generally none of us actually attend this... You can attend the parties without signing up for the conference. they happen at the same time but you don't have to do one to do the other ;) |

q. is there a list of ALL the parties that go on during WMC
a. Yes. Miami Master List as of now it hasnt been updated and is still showing all the info from last year. but im sure in the coming weeks they will start posting all the parties for '05. it includes all events including clubs, pool and beach parties, private and public events. |

Q: Where should I stay?
A: That depends. Ultra & Club Space are in downtown Miami. The rooms are cheaper there than in South Beach. South Beach is about a 12-15 dollar cab fare... and is where most of the conference workshops take places along with many of the other parties at the Clevelander, Mansion, Crobar, Nikki's, etc... The problem is that most of the cheaper South Beach Hotels are really crappy too. But "the action" is in South Beach (south of 19th and collins). |

A: Not really
Q: Can u smoke in Space?
A: Yes
Q: Is it worth to purchase Space pass?
A: Yes, if u plan to go many times and yes, if you plan to get there late to avoid huge lines and stiff price gouging (prices go up as night progresses). |
