I'm a South African event promoter/agent and would like some assitance on the Canadian Trance Scene..........
My guys and I have done shows with some of the biggest artists in the world here in Africa from the likes of Tiesto, Paul Van Dyke, Ferry Corsten, Cosmic Gate and more.......
I have some top local Dj's that I want to share with the Canadian scene..

hey
whats up.. so u want to bring surge to play for a local crowd..WOW that will be wicked. i recently moved here from SA and am well aware of what this dj is capable of... Ive herd him play at various event in SA, ministry being one of them, also have some of his older albums ( Double Trouble mixed by surge and dj speedy)
well alot people on this site can help you set up with local promoters
There are few strictly trance clubs in toronto... however the following would be some good venues:
www.theguvernment.com <---- toronto's famous entertainment complex, Sat nights are trance in the main.
www.boa-redux.com <--- excellent club, plays "house" genre
www.republiknightclub.com <---- will be opening in Feb, will be nice to see him play there |

sweet, i was wondering where the south african tallent is.
when i was back home i only knew few edm dj's in south africa.
i just knew DJ Costa, he did the bump CD compilations
and then there was also
Derick the Bandit, who also did some complilations
i heard about DJ surge but i never found anything he did too hot, the last time i heard anything from any of these guys was two years ago so im sure they have all matured a bit and changed thier styles a bit.
i would love to hear some stuff these guys are comming up with now. |

SURGE has always been floating amongst the top, but as you mention they have seriouly matured.
I bring down alot of internationals which gives them that platform to excel and play and learn amogst the best in the world.
Trust me he's that good |

I'm actually from T.O ( Markham to be exact )
but have been running my own business in South Africa for 8 years now so I'm kinna lost with the scene down there |
