lol... thanks for the great replies. I'm barely into my thirties... still look 20s. I've been to a lot of great parties and I don't want to be the OG at the club. I will no doubt check out Boa sometime or maybe hit Guv for Marco V (thanks Pettiscool for the heads up).

Good choice this saturday. Mark has been playing the best ive ever heard lately. A nice blend of funky house, acid, techno and a few classics once in awhile. Musically guv has changed a lot in the last while and i like it. An older person like you would appreciate the sounds that are coming out these days. It's like a modern version of the old school.
Id also recommend ARC on Lombard st. Im not sure if it will be busy but Greg Gow and Evil P will be playing. Ive been there for Roger S and Gene Ferris and i really liked the vibe. I hope that place does well.
PS: 30 is not mega old. 70 is. |

Hey Punta! You better be prepared to back up a statement like that. :whip:
My comment is only based on my expereiences at various nightclubs around the city (and I've been around long enough and to enough of them to know what is worthwhile). I don't work for any club, never will - so piss off with your unfounded remarks about being biased.

the question was asked as to where the best vibe is and rabbitjoker's answer entails just that.
the only time the vibe is good anywhere else is if it's a night where all the TOTAs are. for example, interference nights at system. it might be dead but the vibe is killer. |

So TOTA's make the vibe at a party -- and parties without a major TOTA presence equals no vibe ? If I didn't love partying with my fellow TOTA's so much i'd say we were a concieted bunch of people. :D
