Purolator has by far, the worst service I've ever experienced

I ordered a video card for my PC from NCIX.com on December 23rd with Next Business Day delivery courtesy of Purolator. I STILL don't have it. I've been calling them every day since Wednesday, Dec. 29th, and they keep telling me "you'll get it tomorrow"...every single ing time. The first time it was alright, cause afterall, it was just after the holidays. But this is just dragging on.

The last 2 days were the most ridiculous though. Both days I've been told by Head Managers in Texas...no, GARUNTEED, that I'll "get it tomorrow" and it's still not here. And 3 times already, there was a "address correction required"...which seems to be their way of saying "we don't know where it is". I filled the f'in address out myself. NCIX just printed it. It doesn't need correction.

This is a complete in joke. I'm on the phone right now, bitching the out of them and they're telling me that it missed the truck and will arrive tomorrow. If something remotely close to this happend at the hotel I work then whoever would be involved with this would fly out of there so ing fast, its not even funny.

Don't deal with these dicks, your money will just go to waste.

i ordered a firewire card from dealz4all.com december 20th with next business day delivery. the status on the site is still "Pending" - the only way i can contact them is via email. i wrote to them 2 days ago and still no reply. beginning to think i was duped :(

Ouch. I hope it works out for you. How much did the Firewire card cost though?

Maybe you should file a compliant to the better business bureau.

I had an even worse horror story. I paid $1000 for a Mackie sub from a local pro audio dealer. I was told when I bought it there is a 2 to 3 weeks backorder for the 12" subs. Fine. I waited for a month and called up my dealer and aksed him where is my sub. He said Mackie is still backordered and it would take another 2 weeks for the thing to come in. Ok... Fine. I waited two more weeks, where is my sub? The dealer said Mackie sent them a sub but it came it all busted up. The front grill was off and it was out of the box.

Here's the part when I was getting irritated. So I had my dealer give me the number of the Mackie dealer he works with. Nice guy, he knows I've been waiting for a long time for a promised sub. He's like, "I'll tell you what I can do. I'll buy a sub out of pocket from another company who has it in stock and ship that to you." Fine. I wait two more weeks. No Sub. I call up the Mackie dealer and ask WTF. The Mackie guy says the package was shipped but Fedex lost the package somewhere in Orlando. I live in Atlanta, a different state 8 hours away. I asked him how can someone loose a 110lb package. So now I'm really mad. I told him that's not how a respectable company like Mackie should be doing business. I tried to milk something free from the guy and he suggested maybe he can get me a 15" sub at 20% off because Mackie has a lot of those in stock. A week later, he says no can do. The best he can do is 10% off the sub I bought. I wait another 3 weeks and finally my sub is here.

Total waiting time? 3 months.

the best service is NEWEGG.com....never had a problem.
