Send them back.
Their area of expertise are heatsink and fan units for cooling CPUs. Headphones are clearly not their forté. |

Sorry about the problems with the cans.
I'd suggest staying with someone who makes acoustical items for when you decide to get new ones. |

i was at the place to buy a HDD (maxtor 160gb), but then i also saw the headphones and i was going to go shopping for some anyway. the guy there said they are really good and said that it won alot of awards. some other customer there said the same thing. so i got them.
im sure a place like BBR tho is wwayyy more expensive then a cheap place like pc village. |

Thats unfortunate. I wish you very best, cause I've been there - had my own disappointments with headphones few times (usually them being too quiet, LOL). I looked at SONY brand and have been happy ever since. |

Sorry to hear that,
however, in the same price range ($63) you can get some pretty decent stuff. I've had these pair of Sony V300's for 3 years now and they're pretty amazing...
Better luck next time :) |

Sell them while they're still new. Buy something that has better sound quality, from looking at the specs these headphones are pretty bad

I'm guessing they got the awards for lifelike direction of sound, not for sound quality. |
