hey jay, nothing personal dude, but enough with the useless threads already.
how bout telling us something that people might be interested in, like how do the lasers work?
im a dumb ass and always wonder what goes on behind the scenes when it comes to club lighting, im sure its quite a complex system, so an "idiots guide to how the laser work" would be much appreciated:toothless |

Long story short. The concentrated beam is generated across the length of the laser and is transformed using a series of mirrors, filters and projectors into the images that you see.
If i were to get into more of it i would sound like a geek LOL |

| Hey Jay isnt there a seperate guy(this asian dude) there that only does the lasers?or you do it all now?because I used to talk to that guy (forgot his name)when I worked there.it was all donw with the computer he showed me and he said those lasers the main one on the top takes alooooooooooooooooooooot of power.I wish I had that in my room though hehe:sadgreen: |

I will tell you that the timing and choreographing is all done manually by me. There are no automated patterns ever used. Some scenes are pre programmed but they are all manually struck.
But thats all im saying :) |

Whoever is operating at the moment is in control of all the light effects in the club. Sometimes a visuals person is hired when you have visuals on a projection screen (trippy images that you sometimes see that go with the music) But at Viva and most of the time at Guvernment i am/was in control of all visual effects. |
