housing depends on what your needs are... for me, I have a car but I don't want to pay for a permit, so I use unitrans. G/W lines are the only ones that go out more than twice per hour. For bus convenience, I picked a place on G or W line. South Davis tends to be more $$ because it's newer (i.e. Sharps and Flats, Allegre, Tanglewood).
I would start looking for housing now and find out which room configurations you want and stuff. Some places require you to be put on waiting list, some places will take first-come first-serve (be ready to spend the night to wait in line).

South Davis is awesome. The Arbors is the best apartment complex Ive lived in, not only because of the apartment itself, but becauseo f the management.
The manager is this early 20s hot ass pornstar type hot girl, but shes a sweetheart too.
I used to live at Sharps and Flats and even thoug hthe apartment was nice, I hated the type of people that lived in the complex
Last year I lived at Americana Arms, SUCKED. NEVER GO THERE.
But yeah, I am actually selling my entire dj setup and all my records since i want to focus on producing and cooking, so if any of you like prog house, prog trance, breaks, melodic trance, come on over. |
