Darnit nat :sadgreen:....I'm sooo sorry this happened to you.
Maybe the upside is....that you'll avoid bad driving conditions (or situations) and nasty colds for a little bit.
So don't you worry or lose hope....keep a positive attitude and your head held hi....somethings bound to come up soon ;) ;) ;)
Definately look into StereoPrincess suggestion....
As for the getting drunk....I'm sure we can all chip in for that one ;) |

The most insulting this about the layoffs (there were 6 of us) today was this: the boss did not lay off this 1 woman at our office, who goes way back with him. She's one of the newer exployees there, and for the life of us, we can't figure out what her position is, aside from walking the boss's dogs. For this she gets a private office, even. So, it was really disgusting to see a glorified dog walker get priority over employees that had been there for years. I even wrote him an email commenting my opinion of that, and he tried to cover his tracks and say she was gonna go down to 4 days a week and assist the marketing guy (I smell bull). Cuz if she has this 'supposed' background in marketing, why hasn't she been doing that all this time? :whip: :whip: :whip:
So, remember folks- cash jobs, send em my way. (or just send cash) ;)

Sorry to hear about the lay-off.
I'm going to need to hire a photographer very soon - I'll need some artwork photographed periodically over the next few months. Plus I'll need a photographer for a few shows this spring.
It's not much, and it's not regular work - but if I'm going to pay someone, I'd rather pay some one in need - if you're interested let me know :) |
