i dont get it, sense when did pcs have a ground option?

It's not a specific "ground" screw, I guess because the computer case itself is grounded, it's just saying having it under a screw will attach it better than say, taping it on. I think it's so your tt's are on the same electrical circuit as your tt's which would probably affect latency or signal quality or something.

I assume that the quote is in the context of hooking up the turntables to a PC in some fashion or another. Since PCs use their frame as their electrical ground, grounding the turntables to the PC frame ensures that the sound card and the turntables share the same electrical ground, and therefore avoids sound quality problems due to ground loops.

If you can use a screw on the power supply in case some other case screw is not grounded.
