I suspect because all of the general life / personal interest threads are not started by 1 or 2 people. |

well, they still get lots of responses.... if you dont want them = dont post, but since ppl post in them, they want them ;) which was the point of the above statement... plus i think there are more than two persons posting pol threads, even tho they are fewer than the ppl posting personal threads... |

If you mean they should ONLY be in the COR and NOT in TOTA... then I disagree!!
as was said above, if you dont wanna read about it, just dont open it and chill...
i dont open every thread, only the ones i think will be interesting and i wanna read (or ill open to see if i wanna read it any further than the first few posts)
I have NO probs with ppl posting their life's adventures here... for me, it keeps interesting, and is one of the reaons why i like TA so much, far more interactive and interesting than other message boards...
plus thru threads is one way to get to know ppl (esp. if u havent met them in person yet)... and besides all that, i never post in the COR bc i dont really 'connect' w/ anyone there.. here on TOTA its like we're all from the same area, will attend the same parties.. etc. etc.. id rather post to ppl i will see at parties or already know....
posting in the COR is just too "devoid of meaning" to me... i dunno... that might not make sense, i cant seem to explain well with words why i dont wanna post random there... its like: where TOTAS are (or could be) friends, in COR, its all strangers! why do i wanna tell strangers my life stories ?? ;) |
