if anyone doesn't know these guys (or guy, gal, i don't know who they are), they are the dj(s) that produce and "mix" (hence the quote mix, because imo, their mixing is horrible .. then again, they play mostly popTop40 stuff that doesn't really blend together if you layer them together.. ) ..
some cds they have done are the "trance party vol .XXX, house party vol .XXX, and dance like it's XXX (fill in the year here ..) .. they have been doing these cds since i think 2001-2002 .. if you think sammy, encore, etc are bad, these guy(s) are worse ..
i tried googling these guy(s) and look them up on discogs, but couldnt find a bio on them (i would hide myself also.. hahhaha) .. who are these guys?? has anyone seen them do a live set before?? has anyone heard a production track (not a remix) .. ????
let the ripping and flaming begin .. :haha: :haha:
edit : remember guys and gals .. these guy(s) are selling cds off the shelves like on fire, because they play mostly popular songs .. therefore making mucho money .. i see their cds consistently in the us top electronica sales charts whenever they put out a cd .. |

When I first entered the EDM scene my favorite CD in the WORLD was "Trance Party 2" ... it still is my favorite cheese euro-dance album of all time, I'll never forget my roots, even though I've grown to love much more complex and beautiful music, but it never hurts to throw that CD on once in a blue moon.
The Happy Boys are extreme , but they work for Robbins Entertainment who is responsilbe for DJ Sammy, Ian van Dahl, Lasgo and the rest of the Euro-Dance producers that cloud up the airwaves... |
