So today, I was goin to play football(soccer) with my friends in lachine's soccerplexe...so we made the arrangements...the first group was already there...the 2nd group (5 ppl in one car)..I was among them...we were a bit late...so anyways we take the highway from downtown...
and while on the highway...a car..a toyota camry i suppose...is goin right ahead of us...about 10 meters away from us...we were right behind that car
so anyways an exit on the highway comes closer..so this camry car was a bit out of its lane...just when the road branches for the exit...this car continues goin straight ahead and hits the point where the 2 streets (the main highway and the exit) meet!
it flips up high in the air and lands upside down on the left side of the road and continues sliding (still upside down) for about 10 meters...we were shockedd!
I personally have never witnessed anything like that before! the car was basically flying in the air before it landed upside down!
so we stop rite away and run for the rescue...as I came close to the car..I hesitated for a second to kneel down and check the ppl out afraid of seeing something disturbing! but then i went down and took a look around the car to find only 2 old ppl...a man and a woman in the car...I helped the lady out while the man followed her out from the same door as his door was jammed.
So when they came out...they werent hurt at all....they looked around as if nothing had happened...they were soo cool...I swear I think that my friends and I were more scared than they were...
I asked them if they were ok...but I had probs communicating with them since they only spoke french...they said they were fine...then they talk with each other for like 5 sec..and then the man decides to go back into the car...I was like wtf??? so he went back crawlin thru the door...reached for the key...turned the car off and took the key out with him...I thought he was crazy...
The funny thing was that the car was still running..and while we were helping them out..the music was still playin from the car's system! lol
so anyways we take off...all shocked...end up losin our way...so we decided that it was too late to go the the footie game..so we ended up heading back home..
all of this happened around 10:15pm...man it was shocking...I can still see the car flyin in the air...I've only seen such stuff in the movies!
I still dont understand how cool they were..they may have been in a shock state or something...but they were acting normal..
I swear...if it wasnt for the seat belts...they wouldve been dead or something... |

Damn that's an insane story. Im guessing the guy was taking the keys out so the car wouldn't blow up or something, gas may have been leaking. but yeah that's weird. If i would of trashed my cars. i'd be cluthing my head wondering what the hell did i just do.

yeah that was scary..
these 2 ppl seemed to be in their late 60's or even 70's
I think they barely saw the road or something! u know how old ppl's reaction is slow
Thank god we were a bit behind, otherwise we would've been involved badly in the accident! |
