problems with final scratch 2

| after installing final scratch 2 i go to load up the program but the amp is still in .. waiting.. mode.. now i am confused on what to do.. everything seems to be connected or so i think can someone please help me out here..? |

you aint the only one who this is happening to.
a few people have tried unpluggin then uninstalling then reinstalling the drivers and found success. try that first.
if no joy then stanton seem to think you're firewire card is to blame (naturally)
outta curiosity what card are u using? |

| the scratchamp uses a Texas Instruments chipset. some people have reported incompatability errors when using firewire cards with non-TI chipsets. however this should only affect PC users as Macs have built in firewire ports... |

i reinstalled like the first commenter suggested.. and it started to pick up sound from the vinyl..
ask more if u need more info |
