Should look exactly like that....
Wobble the headphones adapter a bit too...and the headphones plugin thing
Or the needle isn't on the vinyl...or you think it is, but the arm is raised ;) |

| it does mate, I now get EQ display but only on 1 of the 2 channels so thats why headphones only have sound coming out of 1 ear.... |

| check the back of the turntable then...something has to be loose there...is the turntable grounded to the mixer? |

turntable is grounded... I dont know why the EQ is only displaying 1 channel :( |
