ok im going to start my first residency with another guy at a new club they're opening up here. The other guy who im DJing with is bringing in a bongo player for the grand opening and wants him to play over a few songs (kinda along the lines safri duo). now i need you to recommend me songs i can put on so he can play along with it.
maybe something progressive cause it'll focus more on his work?
thanks guys |

check out thread by dekan in this section about progressive tracks. don't want to retype them all. tranceclubber posted some great ones as well. i listed some progressive, some tribal tracks so some of those should work for you. good luck with your gig and let us know how it goes.

ok ill go check out that progressive one, im only looking for about 3-4 songs no more. i dont think tribal will work cause that already has a lot of drum work in it so it wont match with someone adding more. |

gotcha. you want tracks that are progressive with less drums so the bongo player can create the drums. hmmm...that's a tough one. maybe more ambient beats. i don't know. accadia - into the dawn or whatever the name is. it's on lost language records so you can see the title at www.hooj.com. this could not be what you're looking for. i barely remember the track. well hope someone can help and have fun at the gig.

ooohhhh, i just had another idea. c.m. - dream universe (original mix). nice and dreamy. catchy and not too much drums so the bongo player can go wild. that track is pretty sweet. one of my favorites. hope that one works out for ya.
