they don't own the original rights to the tune, meaning team toad get to release it first (and the mixes on it are good enough that no remix package will be needed ;) |

Really, in plain english, team toad signed it first so they get to release it first. There is obviously alot more technicalities to this, but thats what happens in short. Somatic have the rights to release the original mix of the track, but they are not the "owners" of those rights.
