very cool eerie pads in the beginning. sounds fine until the percussion hits then the low bitrate just kills it.
i cant really comment on anything else cuz of the crappy quality. the kick sounds really bad, but it may be the bitrate |

Thanks, I'm updating the URL with a 192kbps mp3 link. I had a lot of trouble getting the kicks to come out so I'll get back to working on those. Most likely it's me, not the bitrate =)

Hector,
whats up man!?! how are ya?
the kick is about 4 layers short of being actually called a kick. cool synth lead. i hear the EOI sweeping synth in the lead as well, works pretty good. the tribal drums sound kinda cool. is that like an open bongo?
breakdown has some cool things going on
overall, its pretty good. percussion needs a lot of work. a darker song for sure, not really my style. Not sure what that was at 7:15 kinda sounded funny. |

Hey man:
A type of tune Christopher Lawrence would love to spin.
I agree, the kick needs more work: requires more punchiness
Needing more lows, sounds a little empty, and general mastering/eqing. These are the main elements i have to comment about here.
Once these things are fixed, this tune can sound really good. |
