Can't get that nice sparkling/stardust sound in Reason 2.5

I'm working on a chillout track right now and I've had nothing but problems creating a sparkling FX/pad to use during breaks and such.
You've no doubt heard these before.
Any suggestions with Reason 2.5?
I've mostly tried with the Maelstrom and managed to make a decreshendo-bleep that sorta pans and twinkles but nothing even close to the quality that I am looking for. |

If you want a really good sounding sparkle, just make yourself a NNXT, open up the Orkester sound bank > percussion > wind chime
then play a bunch of these keys together, layer on some heavy delay, and you get a great sounding sparkle. |

yeah I also have a windchime sample
search it on for example DC++ |

Thanks much
The windchimes combined with the maelstrom unison thing gave me a kickass sparkle. |
