Hi guys. I need to buy a good pair of stands for my Mackie 824 monitors and was wondering what you would recommend? They will be placed next to my DJ desk and since I'm pretty tall (6'5") I guess the stands need to be quite tall as well (shouldn't the monitors be level with your ears?). Any recommendations?
I've been looking at these...

Thanks,

| If they need to be real high you may want to think about wall mounts. They will probobly be cheaper and more stable. |

| I have some Quicklock monitor stands that are 41" tall. Check out their website. |

If you're also interested in playing out at events consider a couple of tripod stands like these, if your speakers are pole-mountable. They require a bit of floor area if extended to full height - range is 56 to 102". Saw a slightly used set at a store for 1/2 price.

His Mackie's are awsome monitors but they are not the full size speakers those stands are made for. |
