| ^^ true , Walmart would never sell a moded xbox and get sued...I picked up a new slim pstwo on xmas and modded myself....Needless to say i'm loving it....Problem with xbox though -- so i heard-- one has to pay some fee if u want to play online which makes the product less attractive... |

yea for the live feature its an added subscription fee....i personally dont care much for live cos i barely play the box but i guess it does come handy for extreme gamers |

You can take a look through this page (kind of an online buy & sell I guess, lots of pre-modded stuff on there).
Otherwise Walmart or EB are probably the best.
