It's funny reading how they try to rationalize their behavior.
Still, I must admire the way they so casually and unabashedly discuss their radical departure from the bounds of accepted human activity. There's something to be said for letting go of the false idols of right and wrong, normal and abnormal. In this case however, the act reeks of confused desperation, not the decisive defiance which is genuinely admirable. |
