James Holden Canceled/Postponed... Anyone have info?

Said the show was postponed, I'm assuming it's yet another "indefinite" cancellation too.
If anyone has any info, please share.
Even though it was going to be at The Rave, man it was James Holden! I'd go see him at Park Central in Appleton if that's where he was! (Any Northeastern Wisco TA's should get that reference; for everyone else, Park = Worst attempt at a Nightclub, ever...)

| i guess his management forgot to extend his Visa... again. it's a little unclear exactly what happened but the show is cancelled. i can tell you though, it is not at the fault of the promoters who scheduled him to come to Milwaukee (Amp Productions), and i'm sure they will work on rescheduling his appearance. |

I got a buddy who goes to UW - Fox Valley that was telling me about Park Central.. what's so bad about it anyways? |

Where to begin...
A.) It's not a "club" in the sense that you would go there for music, but in the sense that all the "less desireable" or "wannabe gangsta" folks in Appleton hang out there...
B.) You're about 99.9% guaranteed to see a fight on any given night.
No respectable DJ would EVER spin there...
All in all, PC is a joke to everyone and anyone I know who's even visited Appleton.

It cracks me up how big of a gang community there is in Appleton. I remember going to the Fox River Mall a looong time ago and witnessing this huge fight in the food court.
They should send all their asses to work at the Neenah Foundry, teach them some respect! |

Holden is supposed to have everything straightened out and tour in the early Spring. Holden would be in Milwaukee in March...
The funny thing about this tour cancellation, is that he is spinning at Spirit (NYC) on Saturday Jan 21. |
