Damn, this is getting annoying. I put on both my contact lens in the morning... then as the day goes on, one will start bothering me so bad, to the point where it will slide off the pupil and up into the white. My vision out of that eye gets blurry. I try moving it back but then it only gets worse, the eye gets red and I tear up like I'm crying. Tears literally roll down my cheeks. So I take it out. Right as I take it out, if feels like I have some foreign material lodged in my upper eyelid(but I can't because I have taken out the contact). Eventually that feeling goes away. Then the other contact lens bothers me the same way... so I take that out. But then I'm practically 'blind'. So I put in the first one that I took out back in. It never ends... just back and forth. As I type this, my right contact is out.
I talked to an optometrist before and he told me it could just be lack of moisture in the eye that is causing the contact to move around the surface. I've worn contacts for years... I don't know why this is happening now. |
