Cubase sx2 crashes when press play

Hi
Ive been running cubase for some time now and not had any problems until today when i press play it just comes up with the send error report?
Ive searched anyone know a fix?

or your track is too huge /complex and u ran ur computer for too long = ran out of memory
restart
try again? |

| Try Defrag, Scan Disk. Do whatever you had to do to tidy up ur comp. :) |
