congrats ... i saw the game and bolton deserved to win ... they practically raped arsenal in all departments of the game and the gunners looked out of sorts at the back not for the first time

even though it means fookin Chelski go 10 points clear and have more or less wrapped up the title... atleast Man U are only a point adrift of the crucial second place ... the game at highbury in 2 weeks is gonna be a cracker

yeah, i think the happiest part with the performance is that we actually outplayed them, defended well and were very competent. Todays paper gave Jaaskelainen 5 out of 10, pretty poor marking imho

this just confirms the fact that the premiership is a 1 horse race and a e league.

The scottish premier - thats where the action's at.:p

Actually I'd say it means that the premier league has 1 excellent team in chelsea this year and then the next 12-15 teams are all capable of beating each other, therefore that makes it a stronger league than the scottish joke... points proven when crawford of dunfermline who were 3rd or 4th best not long ago in the spl join Plymouth in the championship and Andy Kirk of Hearts went to Boston United, and Levein left hearts for leicester, proving that the SPL is about level with our 2nd league for quality bar celtic ;)

He was an unused substitute yesterday and has played a fair bit in the last 6 weeks or so, we're giving him tastes of first team action and have big hopes for the lad, he's score bucketloads in the reserves and we just want to expose him in small doses so he'll be ready to play more often maybe next season. Is he highly rated back in Portugal ?

hehe :p he's a good youngster for sure, and at only 18 can surely get better. Just hoping we continue to bring him through and he stays with us for a while :D

btw on young portuguese players, when i was in the canaries in august 03 the under 17 team i think it was were on eurosport a lot, and a young midfielder called 'vieira' played amazing... any info on him at all ?

Maybe it's Vieirinha, a young forward from Porto? He's even better than Vaz Te on CM/FM and he's on the national Under 19 team now.

not sure, was a while back now, but I'm fairly sure he was a midfielder. All i know is the under 17 or under 16s team from that tournament had some amazing young players, and add to that Postiga & Quaresma etc and you've got a good future you'd think :)
