He's been pretty damn good for the past couple of seasons.
I would say he is definitely up there in the top five best players in the premier league. |

Right now hes probably the best midfielder in the premiership ...
One thing i cant beleive about the guy is that he never seems to get tired, hes played almost every game for chelsea this season and never been substituted ... he should be next in line for a drug test |

no, although they do have a tendancy to hype up there players(rooney).
i just think lampard is hugely over-rated. hes not in the same league as scholes or gerrard(both english by the way) ;)
and most people would have keane and viera in the midfield before lampard.
i think john terry(again english) has been the most important player for chelsea this season. |

disagree and agree. lampard is a hugely improved player and is easily contender for player of the season. Viera has been ing shocking this season, he has lost his motivation to play for arsenal ne more , wants to move to real madrid and has been a lazy . Keane has the odd good game, but is way past his best and too inconsistent these days. Lampard and gerrard are head and shoulders above them all.
i do agree terry has been more influential to the team though. his reading of the game is excellent and he is a brick wall. player of the season. |

keane made a show of gerrard is the united match, he certainly isnt as good as he was, but for a big game i would pick keane ahead of gerrard anytime.
in the arsenal chelsea game at highbury the arsenal midfiled(the teenagers)played much better then lampard. he hasnt proven himself i nthe big games and is usually fair poor.
he will be taught another lesson agains barca |
