Knocking on the door in the same way that Peyton Manning has? In other words, never actually getting there? Actually even more so with constant NFC Championship losses.
Since like week 5, I've been predicting a Eagles collapse in the NFC Championship game. My prediction holds.

| It all depends on how Trotter plays. Since picking him for the second time, their suspect run defense has really stepped it up. Everyone's on the ATL bandwagon since they played so well against the Rams, I don't see the same performance happening against a far superior Eagles team. |

Seriously - it's anyone's guess. I think just judging by stats, Igglz are a better team. Though, they do have the previous NFC championship they blew. Just look back to the Eagles vs. Panthers game. Carolina came in as a heavy underdog and beat the living crap out of Philly. Same goes for Tampa Bay the year before, etc. etc. etc.
I think that this year it's a do or die for Igglz. They are so close they can smell it. McNabb is on a mission and so is the rest of the team.
It will be a dogfight - no doubt about it but Eagles D-### will shut Falcons down. I say Eagles go to SB, with win by double digits.
10 - 21, Eagles.
P.S. And then they will face Patriots. (and loose... sadly - but me thiks right now for Philly to get to Superbowl is a victory in itself). |
