I would say it is a mixer. :p
Urei mixers are often named as the best mixers available. I don't know a lot about them either, but they seem to be pretty good. |

a UREI 1620 was a rotary mixer produced in the late 80' early 90's.
in my opinion its one of the best sounding mixers I ever owned next to a Bozak......they are very sought after and were gett'n prices of up to 2000 on ebay when they originally cost about a 1000. |
