adding a txt fiile to an audio cue?

right so i have that and it all works fine. but im wanting to add a txt file of the tracklist on the cd too. anyone got any idea how i do this? |

yes for the audio files to be named but i want an actual text file on the cd as well as all the audio files. |

i don't think there is a way to save a peice of data to an audio cd :conf: if there is...let me know hehehe :p |

i dunno i think you can coz if you can buy cd's from shops that have the music video and other stuff on as well as songs. just need to figure out how! |

| i'm curious as well. i've burned plenty of cds with cue files but i haven't had any luck with the text, even though i add that info. did you check out the cue file tutorial in FAQ thread? |

1. Use mp3DirectCut to slice up Dukes_Trance_Vol_xx_(xx).mp3 into seperate tracks with the .cue sheet
2. Open Nero Burn ROM and select Mixed Mode CD.
3. dump the mp3 tracks on the bottom half.
4. dump the files (in this case your text file) on the top half.
5. burn :) |

not really sutable as i want the file intact as the sets get used on the net... the reason i want to do this as i get quite a few requests for cds of me and i need a way to have the tracklist on it and im getting fed up of writing them on. oh and i dont have a printer so thats out too. |

I dont think there is really any other way of doing it. if you want to leave the file intact, dont split the mp3 up, just burn it as one whole track (still using the mixed mode cd) along with the text file |
