and? just because its old means .
ask anyone, which is more important top 4 or FA cup win, top 4 is much more important.
also, considering arsenal, united,chelsea and liverpool played pretty much 2nd string teams really shows what they think of it. |

The Carling Cup doesn't have much meaning, but to REAL English fans, the FA Cup means quite a bit. Top 4 this, Top 4 that. Europe is overrated. Half the games are played for empty stadiums (especially the earlier draws), but go to an FA Cup game in England. It's a mad house. I know...I've been there. |

the "real" fans are idiots if they put fa cup ahead of qualifying for CL. |
