No. Both Charlie and Blanka are seperate characters in Alpha 3. |

| i downloaded the tv series a few days ago, im 5/29 episodes so far and it's okay...in no way great and the onyl reason i'm still watching and sticking with it is because it's street fighter :) |

No.
Blanka is a dude that disappeared long ago in a planecrash I believe. The plane was struck by lightning and somehow transformed him and gave him electrical powers. :p |

probably one of the best arcade games ever -- street fighter II : championship edition (behind mortal kombat I of course .. you can't beat the original) .. (hardcore gamers would remember the difference between the championship and the original street fighter II editions .. hhahahahaa) ..
but i usually tried to stay out of the 'ken and ryu' trend .. :o .. l33t babie .. hahhaha .. my guys were either blanka, e. honda (fat b!tch, but i cheated with him .. hahhahaha .. ), and sagat (<== he was popular, but not many picked him, because of his slow reflexes at times.. hahhaha ..) ..
and i hated zangrief the most .. especially when you had to face him later in the trip .. he was harder at the end, rather than the beginning .. he broke many streaks for me .. :whip: :whip: .. he is the guy, that if you want a real quick victory, this is the man ... i think i once saw a guy with zangrief beat another guy in 10 seconds .. :wtf: |

another ol'skool player! yes champion edition owned all versions before and after it.
when the blue ken came out man that was intense!
(will have to disagree with you on MK1 though, i liked the multi-hit combos in the sequels and the new characters better) |
