I have just found out that Showtime has turned down a third season of Dead Like Me, and as a fan of the show, I am greatly dissapointed.
On the showtime message boards for the show, someone started a petition to keep it on the air, and I remember quite a few people liking this show on here, so if you would like to sign the petition it is http://www.petitiononline.com/dlm1218/petition.html |

| One of my friends was very upset about by this too, I dunno, I thought it was okay, but maybe I missed a lot of it because the only time I watched it (once) I was kinda...distracted. |

Dead Like Me was really one of the only shows I have ever watched every episode of. It's ability to go seamlessly from comedy to drama was one of the reasons I loved this show. There is a chance other networks might pick it up. MGM is looking at the WB, which I think would be a shame since the language in the show was really important to help understand the characters I thought, but really anything to see another season. |
