Did anyone see the show AMAZING MEDICAL STORIES on channel 9, about two nights ago?
Such an inspiring story was on with a lady who had some condition where she had no lower body!
After that story, was another one about a man who got bitten by a little spider, ended up in hospital-the spider bite caused flesh eating bacteria to eat away through his leg. He is really lucky he didnt die or lose his leg.
I saw a documentary once about spiders & couldnt believe just how much damage some of the poisonous ones can do. There even has a spider-bite victim group in Australia (which I didnt even know existed)!

I saw the start of that and then flicked it over to ABC for a documentary on Israel / Palestine. The Amazin Medical Stories is a great series, the week beforehand they had an episode on Harlequin's disease where children are born without skin :( |

When you see stuff like that it really makes you thankful for your health that many of us can take for granted & makes any problems that you might have seem so insignificant! Its amazing how many medical conditions there has in this world (where I probably haven't even heard of half of them before).
I saw a really good & informative documentary on Palestine about maybe a month ago or less on SBS (It was a 3 parts series-but I only saw the last episode). I couldnt even watch it all because I got too emotional.

Im starting to get into Lost. Who the heck are the 'bad' people that the others are referring to? Ive only seen two episodes. Can anyone fill me in?
