now listen up u kop ... i demand u put in some manchester united players there:tongue2 .. you cant have liverpool 1 manu 0 on that list now can u..
but seriously i think heinze and giggs have performed very well for us this season and may just be in with a shout ... i picked gerrard though simply cuz hes carrying an entire team on his shoulders while the others on that list have good players around them providing ample support except maybe S.W.P |

I dont think any utd player have consistantly performed well this season. Scholes is doing well now, but was quiet until end of November, Giggs has done ok, but hasnt played every game. Maybe Heinze would be in with a shout, but i dont think he's played better consistantly this season than the 10 others there.
as for Gerrard, without him Liverpool would be mid table now. Hes constantly performed well this season and brought us through many games we would have otherwise lost. Take Giggs or Scholes out the team and Man U still do well, so they obviously cant have been that influential this season. |

Lampard for consistently performing. Without him Chelsea wouldn't be so far clear at the top of the table.
Young player should be Downing as he has tore teams apart down the left all season (even tho he was only seen as a back up player at the start of the season). Tho it will probably go to Robben as he plays for a London club, even tho he missed the first 4 months of the season |
